We are looking for an experienced Showroom Sales Manager to oversee the sales operations of our showroom specializing in wooden doors, kitchens, wardrobes, and cabinets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in showroom management and sales, along with hands-on experience in selling or managing products related to home interior solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team in the showroom, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
- Promote and sell products, including wooden doors, kitchens, wardrobes, and cabinets, to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide expert knowledge on the company’s products to customers, assisting them in selecting the best solutions for their needs.
- Ensure showroom presentation is maintained to the highest standards, with all products properly displayed and easy to access.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
- Train and mentor showroom sales staff to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and making adjustments as necessary to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure stock levels meet customer demands.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors for the timely delivery of products and services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in showroom sales management, ideally with a focus on wooden doors, kitchens, wardrobes, or cabinets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
