Job description

We are looking for an experienced Showroom Sales Manager to oversee the sales operations of our showroom specializing in wooden doors, kitchens, wardrobes, and cabinets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in showroom management and sales, along with hands-on experience in selling or managing products related to home interior solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the sales team in the showroom, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
  • Promote and sell products, including wooden doors, kitchens, wardrobes, and cabinets, to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide expert knowledge on the company’s products to customers, assisting them in selecting the best solutions for their needs.
  • Ensure showroom presentation is maintained to the highest standards, with all products properly displayed and easy to access.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
  • Train and mentor showroom sales staff to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and making adjustments as necessary to achieve targets.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure stock levels meet customer demands.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors for the timely delivery of products and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in showroom sales management, ideally with a focus on wooden doors, kitchens, wardrobes, or cabinets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
