Job description

The Senior Visual Commercial is responsible for supporting the section's commercial activities and replacing the department manager when needed, to ensure the highest standards of product display and customer service are achieved and maintained.

  • Solve customer complaints in a timely manner, suggest solutions, and escalate them as appropriate.
  • Ensure that activities are carried out efficiently, including processing orders and addressing any items blocking the workflow.
  • Organize various commercial activities in coordination with departmental managers to ensure adequate manpower.
  • Control and monitor the section's sales budget, including driving sales, generating reports, proposing action plans, and executing merchandising tasks (changing mannequins, prices, posters, pictures).
  • Greet customers and ensure they are served promptly by shop staff in accordance with quality and customer service standards.
  • Assist in product placement to ensure effective stock management and product availability.
  • Communicate sales plans and targets to the team, monitor performance regularly, and suggest corrective actions when necessary.
  • Provide team members with support such as training and development to maximize sales.

Qualifications

Fluency in English. Proficiency in MS Office and shop/stock management is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience

Zero to two years of experience in retail or a similar role.
