Manage the Sales & Marketing of Treasury Products to a portfolio of assigned Treasury clients.
Deliver and actively market these products and services to financial institutions, corporate, and private-banking customers, both inside and outside Kuwait.
Ensure high-quality sales and marketing.
Price Options and other financial derivatives to appointed clients.
Maintain regular contact with assigned clients, in collaboration with other relationship officers where required.
Provide bank customers, subordinates, and colleagues with market information and Treasury products in line with the supervision of the Treasury Services & Relationship Manager guidelines.
Design and communicate effective strategies for customer hedging, speculative, and investment requirements under the supervision of the Treasury Services Manager.
Ensure all internal procedures and guidelines and external regulations are followed.
Ensure constant, clear, and smooth day-to-day communication with the FX, MM, and other areas in the bank.
Achieve the volumes and profit targets assigned for the portfolio.
Minimum Requirements:
University Degree.
6 to 8 years of experience in a related field.
Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex issues and developing efficient solutions.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and understanding user requirements.
Knowledge of implementing security measures to protect data and prevent breaches, adhering to best practices.
Ability to design and communicate effective strategies for customer hedging and investment requirements.
Proficiency in market analysis and pricing of financial derivatives.
