The Senior Sales Supervisor is responsible for supervising the implementation of the operational sales plan of the Aluminum Business to achieve the target and increase the department growth.
- Always looking for new customers and sales channels.
- Meeting the customers to introduce the service.
- Being available for customers’ queries and questions.
- Improving networking with customers by keeping an updated records and database.
- Promoting and improving the level of provided service and encouraging the team to adhere to the highest levels of service and given quality.
- Supervising a team of Supervisors, Senior Sales Representatives, and Sales Representatives and motivating them for better performance.
- Liaising with Marketing Department, suggesting the necessary marketing tools.
- Searching the market for new/potential customers.
- Continuously keeping an updated customers information.
- Providing the highest level of service to the company customers and always monitoring the quality and customer service satisfaction indicators.
- Conveying and implementing ethical practices to reflect the professional and socially responsible image of AI.
- Being up to date with market changes and supporting the management in expecting the sales trends accordingly.
- Distributing the sales targets between the Representatives and supporting them in achieving it.
- developing new business opportunities and attract, acquire new customers.
- Building, increasing, and maintaining of customer database.
Works primarily in Showroom environment includes continuous external visits to customers, suppliers, sites and partners. May have to be available on call to deal with customers' needs.
- Experience in Aluminum
- 5 to 7 years of experience in direct sales activities.
- Working in the same field is a must.
- Design experience is considered as strong plus
