Ooredoo Kuwait is seeking a Finance professional to support in preparing short and long-term Business Plans and to assist in forecasting and budgeting activities. You will work with the Manager Financial Reporting & Forecasting to consolidate projections across divisions and ensure accurate, realistic financial plans.

The role requires 5-6 years of experience, English proficiency, and strong Excel and Oracle Financials skills in a multicultural environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting.
• Telecom industry (Finance related) certifications.

• Help Manager Financial Reporting & Forecasting in preparing Ooredoo Telecom’s consolidated draft Business Plan based on the provisional business projections.
• Compile relevant business projections from all Divisions.
• Compile and consolidate the projected Financials of all Divisions.
• Help in producing budgets and related reports with inputs for accurate plans.
• Assist in business forecast and income projections in the budget exercise.
• Prepare periodic forecasts in coordination with departments and explore report automation opportunities.
• Design formats for budget data collection from divisions; verify inputs and consolidate.
• Stay updated with telecom industry developments and assess impact on the business.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor or superiors.

The Purpose

Support in preparing Ooredoo Telecom’s short and long-term Business Plan. Working with, and supporting, Manager Financial Reporting and Forecasting in the preparation and interpretation of a wide variety of Financial reports and Business Analysis activity

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Help Manager Financial Reporting & Forecasting in preparing Ooredoo Telecom’s consolidated draft Business Plan based on the provisional business projections.

Compile relevant business projections from all Divisions.

Compile and consolidate the projected Financials of all Divisions.

Help Manager Financial Reporting and Forecasting in the production of budgets and related reports, ensuring they have all inputs to produce accurate and realistic plans in the correct format.

To give necessary assistance to the Manager Financial Reporting and Forecasting in business forecast and income projections in connection with the budget exercise.

Help the Manager Financial Reporting and Forecasting in preparing the forecast on a periodic basis in coordination with various departments.Help in exploring the opportunities for the Automation of the reports.

Help in Design appropriate formats for collection of budget data from various divisions. Verify the budget inputs, review, and compile and consolidate the projected Financials of each division and of Ooredoo Telecom Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.

Other duties as directed by supervisor or other superiors.

Keeping updated with the latest Telecom industry developments and assess the impact on the Business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting.

Telecom industry (Finance related) certifications.

Required Skills & Experiences

5-6 required years of experience based on progression ladder

Excellent command of both written and verbal English

Good knowledge of MS Office applications, Oracle Financials and basic knowledge of Telecom industry systems.

Ability to operate in a multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivitiesComputer literate with an analytical and inquiring approach.

Excellent Excel and power point skills are must.
