Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented Senior Social Media Specialist to elevate and expand our brand’s digital presence, with a strong focus on Instagram. The ideal candidate will lead content strategy, oversee brand-aligned campaigns, and manage professional photoshoots.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand’s identity and objectives.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and visually compelling content tailored to the fashion and luxury fabric industry.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise professional photoshoots and content production.
- Manage daily operations of the company’s Instagram account and other relevant platforms.
- Develop mood boards and creative concepts that reinforce and elevate the brand image.
- Track social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize audience engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across all digital campaigns.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Strong technical skills in content creation, branding, campaign planning, mood board design, and coordinating photography projects.
- Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate brand identity into impactful digital campaigns.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic mindset with the capability to take ownership of campaigns and provide direction from planning through execution.
- Certifications in social media, digital marketing, or branding are an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
