Job summary

Zaleej Real Estate Company (KSCC) invites a Site Engineer to lead on-site construction for villa projects in Kuwait City. You will coordinate subcontractors, review drawings, and manage materials to keep work on schedule and within specification.

The role demands strong communication, safety and quality oversight, and maintaining thorough site records for multiple projects. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, with a Civil Engineering degree and 3–5 years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of site/project engineering experience in villa or low-rise residential construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project/Primavera; Excel.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (read, write, speak).
• Kuwait residency (Article 18) and Kuwait driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day construction activities and material arrangements on site.
• Review drawings, layouts and specifications and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee subcontractors and labour, verify progress and payments.
• Monitor progress vs work programme and report to Project Manager.
• Ensure quality, safety and environmental compliance through inspections.
