Avanta Works is seeking a Security Manager for our site in Al-Kuwait. The role covers safeguarding personnel, assets, and premises, with responsibilities spanning CCTV monitoring, incident handling, and on-site security leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in security management.
• Ability to think quickly and act decisively in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all personnel within the premises.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance systems to detect any suspicious activity.
• Respond to and manage emergency situations promptly and appropriately.
• Train personnel on safety procedures and protocols.
• Develop a comprehensive security plan for the premises.
• Manage all security personnel on site.
