Job summary

Mezzan Holding Co. is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to support the Enterprise Risk Management framework across Group functions. You will lead risk analytics, quantify exposures, and develop dashboards to inform management decisions.

In this role, you will supervise risk professionals, coordinate with Internal Control and Audit, and drive continuous improvement of risk reporting. A strong background in ERM and data analytics is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Risk Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ERM, risk assessment, risk quantification and risk reporting.
• Advanced MS Excel and data analytics skills; Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Experience in FMCG/manufacturing/trading sectors is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to supervise and coach a risk team.
• Professional risk/audit certification such as CIA/ACCA/CRMA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management framework, focusing on risk analytics and reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain risk profiles, KRIs, risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Analyze data to identify key risk exposures and quantify them.
• Develop risk dashboards and analytical models using Excel and data tools.
• Monitor risk appetite indicators and escalate material exposures.
• Coordinate with internal functions on cross-functional risk matters.
• Supervise and coach assigned Risk Management professionals.
• Support ERM initiatives and continuous improvement of risk analytics.
