Job summary

Confidential Company in Kuwait City is seeking a Technical Lead for the Web Squad to own the web portal delivery component library and frontend architecture. You will lead React.js development practices and provide guidance on component design, hooks, state management, testing strategies, performance, and security across the Web Squad.

Translate business requirements and UX designs into scalable frontend solutions, ensuring performance, accessibility, and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, computer engineering, or related technical discipline.
• React.js or JavaScript/TypeScript certifications.
• Web accessibility certification (WCAG-related).
• 10+ years in Microsoft web development using C#, API services, and SQL, with project management and delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of web portals and frontend applications across design, development, testing, deployment and support.
• Translate business requirements and UX designs into scalable frontend solutions.
• Ensure portals meet performance, usability, accessibility and security standards.
• Manage technical dependencies with backend APIs and external integrations.
• Define and maintain frontend architecture standards and best practices.
