Mogi I/O seeks a Plastic Surgeon Consultant - Reconstructive Surgery in Kuwait City, Kuwait. This senior role manages patients through the surgical pathway—from consultation and diagnosis to operative treatment, recovery, and follow-up—ensuring high patient safety and quality care.

The candidate must have substantial post-specialization experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery and strong decision-making and communication skills.

Qualifications

• MD/Board/Fellowship in Plastic Surgery or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience, including post-specialization practice.
• Strong clinical competence in patient assessment, surgical planning, and post-operative management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed specialist consultations and obtain medical and treatment histories.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and determine diagnostic requirements.
• Develop individualized surgical or non-surgical treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient suitability for plastic and reconstructive procedures.
• Discuss proposed treatment, outcomes, risks, and recovery with patients.
• Perform procedures within approved scope of practice with appropriate techniques.
• Coordinate pre-operative assessment and ensure proper patient preparation for surgery.
• Provide post-operative management and monitor recovery and complications.
