We are recruiting for a qualified, experienced and professional Senior Pilates Instructor to join a high-end boutique Pilates studio in Kuwait.

Package:

1. Tax-free monthly salary of 900 - 1,000 KWD per month (approximately US$2,900 - 3,240)
2. 30 - 40% commission

Requirements:

1. Pilates certification
2. English speaking (Conversational level)
3. Experience in Cadillac, Barre, Lagree is advantageous

Duties & Responsibilities:

As a Senior Pilates Instructor, you will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional instruction, supporting team development, and upholding the studio’s high standards. Your responsibilities include both teaching and contributing to the studio’s growth and reputation.

Key Duties:

1. Lead Instruction:
   • Conduct private and group Pilates sessions using Reformer, Mat, and other Pilates equipment.
   • Tailor programs to meet individual client needs, including those with injuries or specific goals.
   • Ensure classes are engaging, safe, and aligned with Bambi Pilates’ philosophy.
2. Mentorship and Team Support:
   • Mentor junior instructors by offering guidance, feedback, and training support.
   • Lead internal workshops or training sessions to promote continued education.
3. Client Engagement and Retention:
   • Build strong, professional relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and satisfaction.
   • Monitor client progress and adapt programs accordingly.
   • Support studio events and community-building initiatives.
4. Studio Leadership:
   • Collaborate with studio management on class scheduling and program development.
   • Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards in the studio.
5. Professional Development:
   • Stay updated on Pilates industry trends, continuing education, and certifications.
   • Represent Bambi Pilates professionally at events, workshops, or public forums.
