Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait is seeking a Treasury & Settlements Section Head to oversee the processing of Money Market/Islamic products, FX, derivatives, and wholesale term deposits. You will ensure accurate settlements, ABK Investments instructions, and third-party fund settlements in line with SLA and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes customer guidance, strong controls, and timely reconciliations across internal teams and branches, with a focus on data integrity and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Treasury Products Processing: ensure Money Market/Islamic products, FX and Derivative transactions are properly processed within SLA.
• ABK Investments: process instructions from TID and SFD for ABK Investments.
• Wholesale Term Deposits: ensure proper processing aligned with instructions and rates.
• ACIC Funds: process Gulf and Kuwait fund instructions and third party settlements.
• Customer service: advise customers on ambiguities and provide transaction guidance.
• SLA and Cut off Times: ensure transactions are completed before cut-off time.
• Procedures and Process: adhere to set policies and procedures.

Job Purpose

Responsible for allocated tasks related to treasury products and investment operational activities as well as processing Wholesale Term Deposits and ACIC Gulf and Kuwait Fund instructions, all transactions should be error free and securely completed within the agreed SLA and cut off time.

Specific Accountabilities

1. 1. Treasury Products Processing: Ensure that allocated Money Market/Islamic Products, FX and Derivative transaction are properly processed within the agreed SLA and follow up on any issue not adhering to the rules and regulations and/or is causing delays.
2. 2. ABK Investments: Ensure that allocated instructions received from TID as well as SFD regarding ABK Investments are properly processed.
3. 3. Wholesale Term Deposits: Ensure that allocated wholesale TD are properly processed and in line with the received instructions and rates.
4. 4. ACIC Funds: Process allocated Gulf and Kuwait fund instructions as well as all third party fund settlements.
5. 5. Customer service Advise customers on ambiguities, provide guidance on transactions and support them in protecting their interests
6. 6. SLA and Cut off Times: Ensure that transaction are completed within the agreed SLA and prior to the agreed cut off time.
7. 7. Procedures and Process: Adhere to set policies and procedures

Education
