Specific Accountabilities
- Define Requirements: Define and document user requirements, ensuring alignment with available applications.
- Source Solutions: Identify and source applications that meet user needs and are cost-effective.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to risk policies and compliance regulations to maintain corporate governance.
- Conduct Testing: Engage users in testing applications, conduct risk assessments, and prepare rollout programs.
- Implement Solutions: Facilitate the rollout of solutions through effective communication and training.
- Support Users: Assist users in defining requirements, ensuring all changes are documented and thoroughly tested before production.
- Resolve Issues: Monitor performance issues, deliver resolutions, and implement necessary modifications.
- Manage Sourcing: Cultivate relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of applications.
- Monitor Applications: Track application performance and assess user feedback to enhance service quality.
Job Success Factors
Education
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- System operations and development experience in the banking sector.
- Development experience in major technologies.
Skills
- Audit and risk management awareness.
- IT performance and quality management techniques.
