• Manage end-to-end application releases, ensuring clear communication across departments and with end users to support smooth transitions and updates.
• Lead incident resolution, problem management, and application enhancements while ensuring service levels and delivery timelines are met.
• Evaluate user requirements to provide proactive support and identify opportunities to enhance services through better use of available tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 < Finance & Operations – Supply Chain> OR any ERP Application.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field from an accredited institution or equivalent.
