Job summary

Confidential search is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own the entire marketing function in Kuwait. This leadership role reports directly to the CEO and drives growth across all channels.

You'll shape brand positioning, manage a high-performing team, and collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Operations on go-to-market initiatives, influencer and media relations, and ROI reporting. Expectation is to steer the annual strategy, budget, and cross-functional partnerships to optimize market

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's a plus).
• Full-funnel marketing expertise and strong team leadership.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and brand storytelling skills.
• Solid understanding of Kuwait and GCC market dynamics.
• Experience in tech, e-commerce, or food delivery is preferred.
