Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to join our
Group Marketing Department. This is a senior-level role ideal for a high-performing marketer with a proven track record of leading campaigns across brand, digital, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of creative vision and analytical discipline, with prior agency experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives across multiple brands/business units.
Manage end-to-end campaigns across all marketing channels & executing them (digital, traditional, and social) from concept to execution and performance analysis.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent on-going brand messaging and campaign effectiveness.
Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing initiatives.
Oversee marketing budgets, resource planning, and ROI tracking.
Manage vendors and third parties’ relationships to drive excellence and efficiency.
Skills
Requirement open for Arab nationals
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a
related field.
15+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong portfolio of successful, multi-channel campaigns.
Agency experience is strongly preferred — either in-house or on the Creative
Directing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
