Job description
Overview

The Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve provides multi-faceted Intelligence Support services consisting of, but not limited to: Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Management (RCM), Special Advisors, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), as well as other analytic and target related intelligence support services to assigned military units in support of the overall Intelligence Mission in support of CJTF-OIR staffs and organizations.

Responsibilities

Contribute to a critical mission supporting Operation Inherent Resolve with Geospatial Intelligence Analysts to exploit imagery, imagery products (including Advanced Geospatial Intelligence) and geographic products and data to create intelligence solutions for the Warfighter and senior government officials.

Qualifications
  • TS/SCI
  • Education – Intelligence Community Collection Management Course (ICMC), or other DoD collection management courses such as the Navy Collection Management Course (NCMC)
  • At least six years of Collection Management operational experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies
  • Special skills or qualifications (all required):
    • Thorough understanding of DoD and Service collection techniques, capabilities, and applications
    • Proficient in using basic computer applications to include MS Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) and intelligence related automation
    • Knowledge and familiarity of Google Earth
    • Experience with IC collection management systems (e.g. CRATE, PRISM, COLISEUM, NSRP, SAVANT) mission applications
    • Experience with communications capabilities within JWICS, INTELINK, and SIPRNet (e.g. MIRC, Jabber Chat, etc.)
    • Strong writing and briefing skills
    • Capable of effectively operating as a member of a joint/combined intelligence team
    • Capable of effective communication in the accomplishment of collection management reporting and requirements
  • Desired:
    • Senior military enlisted or field grade officer with collection experience
    • Completion of the ISR Operations Course
    • Knowledge of communication and dissemination architecture
    • Experience with tactical ground and air sensor operations and management
Pay and Benefits

The proposed salary range for this position is $68,400-$143,700. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including geographic location, federal government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
