Job summary

NTU International A/S is seeking a Senior Non-Key Expert – Human Development to support TA assignments related to human capital development, education and skills, employment and social policy. Strong analytic and policy skills are required, with relevant sector experience and capacity-building expertise.

7+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree in a related field, and regional familiarity with Egypt/MENA are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in development studies, economics, education, social policy, public policy, labour economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Experience preparing sector assessments, policy analyses, strategies, background papers or recommendations.
• Experience supporting institutional capacity building and reform in public institutions.
• Good knowledge of human capital development and socio-economic policy issues.
• Experience in Egypt and/or the MENA region highly desirable.
