Job summary

NTU International A/S is seeking a Senior Non-Key Expert – State Security to support technical assistance on security policy, cooperation and analysis for the EU-backed Egypt Downtown Facility. The role covers counter-terrorism, cybersecurity, border security and related threats.

Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and bring extensive experience in security policy, with regional familiarity in the MENA region preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in security-related fields as listed.
• Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in security policy/cooperation/analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support security policy development, institutional security cooperation and security-sector analysis.
• Contribute to policy dialogue with public authorities and international partners.
