Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Flexcube Consultant to join our client’s migration project in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have deep technical and functional knowledge of Oracle Flexcube and a strong understanding of core banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support the Flexcube migration project lifecycle
2. Analyze existing systems and map to Flexcube modules
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation
4. Provide post-go-live support and enhancements

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in Oracle Flexcube implementation/migration
2. Strong domain knowledge in BFSI, especially core banking systems
3. Good communication skills and ability to work in hybrid/remote setups
4. Willingness to relocate to Kuwait (visa sponsorship available for India-based professionals)
