Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 6–9 years related experience.
• Journeyman or Master license/certificate or equivalent required.
• US citizenship and Secret Security Clearance required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English at an intermediate level.
• Completion of OSHA 30-hour course is preferred.
• Proven supervisory experience on multiple craft crews.

Responsibilities

• Plan layout, installation, and repairs of wiring and control equipment in accordance with codes.
• Supervise multiple craft crews and ensure high-quality, safe work.
• Provide access for maintenance and ensure concealed wiring before walls/ceilings finish.
• Inspect installations for safety and reliability, making adjustments as needed.
• Repair faulty equipment or systems and perform preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with project teams and ensure compliance with specifications.
