Senior Designer/Art Director

Responsibilities:

• Lead creative projects from concept to execution across various platforms.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency.
• Oversee and review the work of junior designers to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and strategy, to align designs with business goals.
• Present creative concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends to inspire innovative and competitive designs.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
• Provide mentorship and foster growth within the creative team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer, Art Director, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, branding, and conceptual thinking.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for high-quality design.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred)
