Job summary

Workato in Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Computer Engineer to design, build, and maintain computer systems and networks, and to troubleshoot hardware and software issues for customers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 5+ years of experience, strong networking skills, and good communication; English fluency is preferred, with the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of computer hardware components.
• Proficient with Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.
• Strong networking skills and ability to troubleshoot network issues.
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Fluency in English is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Install hardware components such as RAM, motherboards, processors, etc.
• Configure operating systems including Windows 10/8/7/Vista/XP etc.
• Monitor performance of computer systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Resolve network issues such as IP address conflicts or connection problems.
• Provide technical support to customers on various products.
