Job summary

Work standard in Al-Kuwait is seeking a Computer Engineer to maintain and develop our computer systems, and design and implement new solutions to meet organizational needs. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and hands-on experience, with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of C++, Java, Python and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, CS or IT.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Able to troubleshoot hardware and software quickly and efficiently.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, etc.

Responsibilities

• Designing new computer systems to meet the organization’s needs.
• Installing hardware components such as servers, routers and switches.
• Maintaining existing computer systems by monitoring performance and troubleshooting.
• Configuring networks and applications per requirements.
• Developing custom software solutions when necessary.
• Ensuring data security by performing regular backups.
• Training staff on new software/hardware solutions.
• Providing technical support when needed.
