We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Chief Accountant with a strong background in real estate, estate management, or charitable project accounting. This role involves managing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and supporting financial planning and audits, while also mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records, particularly in real estate, estate, and charitable project contexts.
• Prepare and review periodic and annual financial statements.
• Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Improve and maintain internal financial controls, processes, and policies.
• Support internal and external audit requirements with accurate documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior accounting staff to support team development and performance.

Skills

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, preferably within the real estate, estate management, or charitable project sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are preferred.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Proven experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and profit and loss reports.
• Preferably experienced with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong financial data analysis skills.
