Job summary

Boeing Operations International Incorporated Kuwait is seeking a C-17 Product Repair & Modification Technician to support the Kuwait Air Force’s C-17 fleet at Al Mubarak Air Base. You will perform organizational and intermediate level maintenance, including fault diagnosis, component replacement and structural repairs, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

English is the primary language on base, and candidates must be able to obtain US security clearance and work visa as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of C-17 maintenance experience.
• Ability to obtain US security clearance.
• Ability to obtain work visa depending on country.

Responsibilities

• Lead assembly, disassembly and modification of aerospace vehicle systems to correct failures or implement changes.
• Oversee assembly, disassembly or overhaul.
• Configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.
• Direct troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and avionics systems to isolate faults and repair components.
• Oversee validation/testing and document procedures to ensure compliance.
• Inspect components and verify repairs for flight worthiness.
• Lead and supervise others in safe handling of aerospace vehicles.
• Provide training and mentorship to teammates.
