Job summary

LeadingEdge HR Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate banking requirements into T24 functional specifications and coordinate with technology and business teams during implementation.

You will gather and analyze business needs, conduct stakeholder workshops, and prepare BRDs, process documents, and functional specs to ensure solutions meet banking operations requirements. Onsite in Kuwait for a 1-year contract.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business analysis experience.
• Strong banking domain knowledge.
• Experience with T24/Temenos Transact.
• Excellent requirements-gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience working with business and technology stakeholders.
