Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze banking requirements.
• Translate requirements into T24 functional specifications.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders.
• Analyze existing banking processes and recommend improvements.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications and process documentation.
• Coordinate with T24 technical and functional teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect analysis and implementation.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
