Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Kuwait seeks a highly experienced Senior Boomi Integration Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise integrations using Boomi across cloud and on‑premise systems.

You will collaborate with analysts and application owners to translate requirements into technical specifications, integrating ERP, CRM, HRIS and identity systems while upholding security and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• 8+ years in system integration with 5+ years Boomi hands-on.
• Strong experience integrating ERP/CRM/HRIS systems.
• Boomi Associate/Professional/Architect certifications are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design and implementation of complex Boomi integrations.
• Collaborate with analysts and owners to gather requirements and translate them into specs.
• Develop and maintain integrations between cloud and on‑premise systems (ERP/CRM/HRIS).
• Define and enforce standards and best practices for integration development.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Senior Boomi Integration Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of integration solutions across our enterprise systems. This role is instrumental in driving end-to-end system integration, process automation, and data flow optimization using the Boomi platform. The ideal candidate will be an expert in integration architecture and middleware best practices, with the ability to work cross-functionally and deliver scalable and secure integrations.

What you will be doing

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex integrations using Boomi.
• Collaborate with business analysts, application owners, and other stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain integrations between cloud-based and on-premise systems, including ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle), HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors), CRMs, MS AD, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Define and enforce standards, patterns, and best practices for integration development and maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of deployed integrations using Boomi monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently, ensuring minimal business disruption.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in system integration, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Boomi
• Strong experience in integration with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.)
• Boomi Associate Developer Certification (essential)
• Boomi Professional Developer Certification (essential)
• Boomi Architect Certification (essential)
• Solid understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SAML), and secure data exchange
