About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager-Cybersecurity to drive business growth and develop strategic relationships with clients in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cybersecurity solutions, strong sales acumen, and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.

Consultative Selling

  • Understand customer security challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate cybersecurity products and services effectively.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose security solutions.

Market & Industry Engagement

  • Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
  • Engage in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with market demands.

Proposal & Contract Management

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with enterprise and government clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in cybersecurity sales or IT security consulting.

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Certifications (Preferred): CCSP , CTSP , CompTIA Security, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or any equivalent.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions (Network Security, SIEM, SOC, IAM, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, Application Security , Data Security & Compliance, AI, etc.).
  • Proven track record in enterprise and government sector sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
