Job Description:
An international special needs school in Kuwait is seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team in August 2025. The school provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with a range of learning differences and developmental needs. The ideal candidate will be committed to individualized education, student empowerment, and collaborative teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to students’ individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Support students with a variety of learning, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Work closely with therapists, teaching assistants, and parents to ensure holistic support.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies as needed.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment.
  • Contribute to the development of school-wide SEN practices and inclusive education initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
  • A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
