Job summary

Workato in Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Security Manager to develop and implement security policies, procedures and strategies for the safety of staff, customers and assets.

You will lead physical security measures, access control, emergency preparedness and incident response, and conduct investigations to ensure compliance with local regulations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, 5+ years in physical security, and strong English and Arabic communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security management or related field.
• At least 5 years in managing physical security operations.
• Strong knowledge of security systems (access control, CCTV).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Stay calm in emergencies and think quickly.
• Strong interpersonal & written/verbal communication in English & Arabic.
