Job summary

Al-Kuwait is seeking a Security Manager to oversee safety and security across our premises in Kuwait. You will develop and implement security systems, policies, and strategies while managing security personnel, equipment, and facilities.

You will also coordinate emergency preparedness and response and monitor contractors and visitors to ensure compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Security Management with at least five years of relevant experience, strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Security Management with at least five years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing teams is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to work long hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and security of premises and oversee planning and implementation of security systems, policies, and procedures.
• Manage personnel, equipment, facilities, emergency preparedness and response.
• Monitor contractors and visitors to the premises and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Communicate with internal staff and external stakeholders to maintain security standards and incident reporting.
