Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in British Curriculum Schools.
• Knowledge of the British curriculum and assessment framework.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a new culture and work in a multicultural environment.
• Native English Speaker.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a high-quality curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment where students feel safe, valued, and respected.
• Observe and assess students' development, and plan next steps in their learning.
• Work in partnership with parents and carers to support students' learning and development.
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and achievements.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
• Ensure that the classroom environment is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
• Support students' personal, social, and emotional development, as well as their physical and cognitive development.
