Description

Position: Senior SAP B1 Solution

Starting salary: Starting from 1000 KWD, depending on experience

Benefits: 30 paid leave days, medical insurance for the employee, and 1 round-trip ticket allowance per year to the home country

Note: Only candidates with SAP B1 implementation experience may apply. Please read the job description carefully!

Responsibilities

1. Use of standard project methodologies like ASAP
2. Participate in or lead business blueprint workshops, analyze business processes, gather requirements, and define the project scope
3. Document the business blueprint report
4. Map customer requirements to SAP products and process flows
5. Explain SAP products and technology strategies to customers
6. Communicate requirements, project scope, and issues effectively
7. Define system landscape, transport system, and authorizations
8. Activate SAP Best Practices and understand the underlying tool architecture
9. Activate/install the system, ensure proper configuration, and transport legacy data
10. Document development and reporting requirements and coordinate with respective teams
11. Perform functional, integration, and acceptance testing
12. Personalize reports, forms, and interfaces
13. Communicate critical information to customers and team members, supporting change management activities
14. Train end users and key users effectively
15. Manage the cut-over process
16. Monitor project progress and success
17. Provide post go-live support
18. Resolve unexpected problems promptly
19. Manage change effectively throughout the project
20. Use the project management tool ERM (EasyRedmine)

Requirements

• Preferably hold a degree in Accounting or Engineering
• Comfortable with business processes and terminology
• Excellent at engaging and working with people at all organizational levels
• Willing to travel as part of consulting duties
• Driving license and own vehicle are required
