Sales Staff

Al-Tuhoo General Trading & Contracting Co., established in the early 1950s in Kuwait, started as a supplier of canned food and beverages. Over the years, the company expanded its operations into real estate, construction, and trading building materials. Known for importing top brands from Germany, England, Italy, Korea, China, Taiwan, and more, Al-Tuhoo represents several international brands in Kuwait, including Pattex-Henkel, Polybit, Kendo, and others. The company is also a major importer of tea from Sri Lanka and India, holding franchises for Premier Tea and Golden Arrow-Finlays. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Staff located in Shuwaikh. The Sales Staff will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Duties include meeting sales targets, handling customer queries, maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company’s products, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Staff will also manage inventory updates and product displays, and actively follow up on sales leads to convert prospects into satisfied customers.

• Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Product Management and Inventory Control
• Ability to prepare Sales Reports and meet sales targets
• Experience in using sales software and CRM tools
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the construction materials industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
