- We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative with a minimum of 3 years of experience in selling ICT products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of PBX systems, headsets, call center platforms, and digital service solutions. You will also play a key role in lead generation, reseller recruitment, project management, and client relationship management.
- Drive sales and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Promote and sell products such as 3CX, Yeastar other PBXs, Contact Center solutions, and professional call center headsets and IP phones network infrastructure products.
- Learn and stay updated on technical details of offered products and services.
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads through networking, events, and digital outreach.
- Develop and recruit resellers and channel partners for Opden Tec’s products and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demos, and proposals to clients.
- Manage and follow up on ongoing projects from sales initiation to final delivery.
- Address client concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and project follow-ups using CRM tools.
Skills
- Previous experience working with channel sales and reseller programs.
- Knowledge of contact center environments and headset solutions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services is a plus.
