Overview

We are hiring for two roles under the Sales Department:

  • Sales Officer – Manage property listings, engage with buyers and sellers, and support end-to-end property transactions using our CMS/CRM tools.
  • B2B Sales Executive – Develop corporate client relationships, acquire new accounts, and manage long-term partnerships in real estate and investment sectors.
Responsibilities

Sales Officer:

  • Manage property listings on CMS, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and visual appeal.
  • Interact with buyers and sellers, guide them through the sales process, and handle inquiries.
  • Facilitate property transactions including negotiations, documentation, and payment follow-up.
  • Use CRM to track leads, manage client relationships, and monitor sales progress.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on pricing, competition, and trends.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and property activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to enhance user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in real estate.

B2B Sales Executive:

  • Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients in real estate, investment, and related sectors.
  • Present and promote services to decision-makers with tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships through regular meetings and proposals.
  • Drive revenue growth by managing pipelines, closing deals, and expanding existing accounts.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends and prepare business reports for management.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and technical teams on client-focused strategies.
  • Maintain proper documentation of contracts, client records, and transactions.

Skills

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience of 3+ years in Sales in 3+ years B2B sales or account management.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet ambitious sales targets.

Excellent communication skills; bilingual (Arabic/English) preferred.

Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
