A leading automotive company in Kuwait is looking for a Sales Specialist to identify potential clients and maintain extensive product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong customer service and problem-solving skills. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of strategizing and addressing client needs effectively.
• Identify and target potential clients, including garages, workshops, and fleet operators.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the aftermarket and OES products and explain product features, benefits, and advantages to clients.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring excellent after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.
