Experience: At least 4 years of FMCG sales experience and a minimum of 2 years in Business Development, Modern Trade, or Export Business

Industry: FMCG, with a preference for candidates from the Personal Care industry

Job Overview

The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales in the region by retaining current customers and acquiring new clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Kuwait business, ensuring revenue and trading profit objectives are met.
  • Act as the key FPR for managing distribution alliances between HQ and country partners.
  • Achieve budgeted top-line performance and net contribution.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams for timely order servicing.
  • Plan and forecast annual business strategies, including new product launches, sales targets, profitability, promotional campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for entering new markets and expanding product portfolios internationally.
  • Analyze market potential, size, and share for relevant products.
  • Understand and comply with food and cosmetic laws applicable in relevant geographies.
  • Benchmark competition pricing and branding; maintain a data repository.
  • Reconcile accounts periodically with channel partners and key customers.
