The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing and executing strategies to grow market share and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
• Manage the sales team by setting goals, providing support and offering feedback
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth
• Lead customer acquisition efforts by developing relationships with potential customers and partners
• Negotiate contracts with customers and vendors to maximize profitability
• Monitor competitors’ activities and pricing strategies to remain competitive
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on sales performance metrics
