A leading firm in Kuwait is seeking an experienced business development professional focusing on government contracts. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years in B2G sales, excellent communication skills, and established relationships within public sector agencies. This role requires strategic thinking and a results-oriented approach to sales execution.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
10+ years of experience in B2G (business-to-government) sales or government contracting
Proven success in closing contracts with ministries
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, Tender document submissions and government contract vehicles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working with or selling to specific government sectors
Familiarity with government procurement platforms
Existing relationships within public sector agencies
