Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities “TDR”:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure sales targets are met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events to drive sales and brand awareness.
Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, distributors, and customers.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including new product launches and market expansions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities “KSA”:
Minimum Bachelor degree.
6+ years’ experience.
Article 18 – Transferable visa holder.
Having a valid Kuwait Driving License and own car.
Proven experience in HORECA.
Proactive personality and self-motivator.
Ability to work independently.
Organized and professional demeanor.
In-depth knowledge of the beverages industry.
Strong working knowledge of related computer software and MS Office.
Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
