Job summary

A leading foodstuff company in Kuwait is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to oversee product deliveries and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the coffee sector, and must be fluent in English. Responsibilities include securing new clients, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. A valid Kuwaiti driving license and car ownership are required. Competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Oversee products and orders deliveries in all assigned territories
  • Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within the segment by effectively selling the company products
  • Cross-sell products based on a thorough understanding of the customer's requirements
  • Ensure to maintain accurate sales records
  • Enter the details of sales invoices on the system and ensure the accuracy of information
  • Inform department supervisor verbally or in written on customer needs, seasonal demands, customers’ reactions, and complaints to products and services
  • Report any issues pertaining to sales
  • Ensure maintenance of highest standards of professional conduct, ethics and integrity in provision of the services
  • Perform any other relevant work assigned by the direct supervisor
  • Identify, approach, and secure new B2B clients (cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and distributors).
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding customer requirements and proposing tailored coffee solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure sustainable revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations for potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of coffee orders.
  • Maintain updated sales records, contracts, and client interaction reports in the CRM system.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and share insights with management.
  • Provide after-sales support, resolve customer issues, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and coffee events to promote the company’s coffee portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards of ethics, and professional conduct.
