As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and help grow our merchant network.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, building strong relationships with business owners, and driving revenue growth for WiSHOP. You will play a key role in promoting our platform, demonstrating its value, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Merchant Acquisition: Identify and engage potential F&B and e-commerce partners to onboard them onto the WiSHOP platform.
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct calls, in-person meetings, and follow-ups to generate leads and close deals.
  • Product Demonstration: Present and showcase WiSHOP’s features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential sales opportunities.
  • Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, account management, and customer support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in the F&B, SaaS, or e-commerce industries.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
