About the job Sales Executive

Our client, a very well-known automotive company based in Kuwait, is seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Executive to join their team.

To be successful, he shall be up-to-date with all the latest developments in the motor vehicle industry and have a passion for sales. In addition, he must be presentable with the aim of identifying a customer's needs, recognizing their buying signals, and closing the deal in the best suitable way.

Sales Automotive Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car.
  2. Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
  3. Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
  4. Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
  5. Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them.
  6. Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed and offering them alternative options based on information gathered.
  7. Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
  8. Assisting with the set-ups of showroom and promotional displays.
  9. Consulting with the Sales Manager during the sales transaction.
Sales Automotive Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. An associate's degree or a high school diploma.
  2. Proven experience in automotive sales.
  3. Young, dynamic, and passionate about motor vehicle sales.
  4. A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.
  5. Ability to be competitive while maintaining the client's best interests.
