Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (Arabic is an advantage).

Job Summary

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will cover and develop a defined sales territory in order to achieve and exceed the company’s set targets.

Job Responsibilities
  • Achieve assigned sales targets /objectives for automotive group.
  • Collaborate with sales manager and office specialists /managers on development and execution of account strategies
  • Oversee customer satisfaction and problem resolution
  • Identify large customers and work in the foreground, determining the best solution, proposals, while ensuring customer concurrence throughout the entire process
  • Perform daily sales activities: Government sales, demonstrations, proposal creation/presentation, input and maintain prospect activity into sales cycle tracking processes
  • Develop a learning plan within sales e-Learning program
Candidate Requirements
  • 2to3 years direct sales experience in B2B environment selling capital products
  • Executive presence, ability to convince and influence key decision makers
  • Well developed account management and business development skills
  • Self motivation, commercial drive, business acumen
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Understanding of Kuwaiti 'business landscape' - large enterprises, multinationals, key conglomerates, banks, telecommunication companies, retailers, engineering, oil & gas etc.
  • Excellent knowledgeof English language (Arabic language in an advantage)
  • Excellent PC skills and use of business related software packages
  • Valid Kuwaiti driving license is a must
  • Ability to take direction.
