Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Prepare quotations.
- Assist in sales presentations, negotiations, closing & sales reports.
- Spot check audit by visiting our B2B stores to keep a record of our products.
- Build and nurture client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
- Train, mentor, and develop sales staff for continuous improvement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
- Handle Expos and Events.
Skills
- Proven minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the F&B Industry.
- Excellent communication skills (Bilingual) (Arabic & English).
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Knowledge of bakery products and industry trends is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
