Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  2. Prepare quotations.
  3. Assist in sales presentations, negotiations, closing & sales reports.
  4. Spot check audit by visiting our B2B stores to keep a record of our products.
  5. Build and nurture client relationships.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends.
  7. Train, mentor, and develop sales staff for continuous improvement.
  8. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
  9. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
  10. Handle Expos and Events.

Skills

  • Proven minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the F&B Industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (Bilingual) (Arabic & English).
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Knowledge of bakery products and industry trends is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
