Overview
Responsible for implementing the day to day Sales activities within Electronics Retail Showroom and maintain excellent customer relationships and satisfaction while achieving the Retail Department’s Sales targets, in line with company Electronics’
Responsibilities
- Implement all Electronics sales activities in line with the Retail Department’s set guidelines and standards.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Electronics products in order to provide Clients with accurate and solid information.
- Acquire a clear understanding of the Electronics Retail Market in order to collect relevant information about competitors’ services and prices, and customer needs that are not being met by company.
- Meet and exceed monthly established targeted sales goals.
- Attach price tags to merchandise within the showroom.
- Guide clients towards the products they have requested for in a professional manner.
- Address customer questions and concerns regarding products, prices and availability of products.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner in order to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
- Enter new customer details, and process product purchases into the system while ensuring high level of information security.
- Coordinate with the Direct Manager to provide competitors’ information to the concerned departments within Electronics in order to utilize such information in a profitable manner.
- Perform ad-hoc activities and other duties related to the job as assigned by Direct Manager.
Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 0 - 2 years of experience in the same or related field.
